Corporate Secretarial Director / Associate Director

About the role

Citadel Search is recruiting an experienced Corporate Secretarial Director or Associate Director for a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) firm. The role manages a portfolio of clients, provides corporate secretarial services and leads a team to deliver efficient, high-quality service. It covers listed and non-listed companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and giving professional advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients, including listed and non-listed companies.
• Advise clients professionally and promptly on all corporate secretarial matters.
• Lead a team to ensure efficient and quality client service.
• Attend committee and board meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• At least 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial firms, legal firms or public listed companies.
• Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or ICSA graduate.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team.
• Experience advising listed firms on their corporate secretarial needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; result-oriented.

Required skills

• Well-versed in the Singapore Companies Act.
