About the role
This part‑time, one‑year contract position supports the Corporate Communications and Administration (CCA) team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations for instructors and students.
Key responsibilities
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries from stakeholders.
- Process invoices for all CCA budgets.
- Prepare and monitor timesheets of CCA instructors.
- Assist with data entry for the mid‑year budget review.
- Support student fee collections for enrichment programmes and iPad purchases.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role in a secondary school.
- Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possession of EA License No.: 96C4864.
