Creative Specialist

About the role

Join the creative minds in our corporate marketing team at the global headquarters of EXEO Global. Working collaboratively with other departments, the Creative Specialist will be involved in building, elevating and evolving our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Team/Creative Lead to develop and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Create visually appealing brand graphics (digital/print), animations and videos for internal and external branding and marketing activities.
• Assist in image asset library creation and organization, updating brand asset library, websites, and social media channels as needed.
• Support the smooth running of marketing campaigns (digital and in‑person) and corporate events.
• Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touch points.
• Stay informed on design innovations to keep collaterals contemporary and relevant.
• Capture photos during corporate events, internal activities and other initiatives.
• Support the Marketing Team with corporate events, including overseas seminars.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required to support business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Digital Media Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the digital media industry.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Responsible, motivated individual willing to learn and explore new ideas.
