CRM & Campaign Strategist (Local Strategy Lead)

About the role

Dentsu is looking for a market‑savvy CRM strategist to act as the Local Strategy Lead for the SEAO engagement. You will translate the regional CRM playbook into market‑specific campaign strategies, adapting personas, moments and channel approaches to local consumer behaviour while feeding insights back to the regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the local communications strategy by adapting the regional CRM playbook to reflect local nuances and deliver execution plans.
• Collaborate with the Regional Strategy Lead to convert regional direction into structured creative briefs that meet local market requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, channel mix, platform capabilities and campaign enablement tools to inform strategy.
• Act as the on‑ground intelligence source, channeling local market feedback, consumer signals and campaign learnings back to the regional team.
• Drive local campaign performance against engagement and conversion KPIs, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Define and execute test‑and‑learn experiments to generate actionable insights for personalisation and channel effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Proven ability to adapt regional strategies to local market conditions.
• Experience in tracking campaign performance and managing KPIs.
• Excellent understanding of local consumer behaviour and market nuances.
