CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

JCB, the world‑fifth largest construction equipment manufacturer, is looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Singapore sales office. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning digital brand representation with global standards and driving CRM initiatives across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting lead generation, segmentation and reporting.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including email journeys and marketing automation workflows.
• Create, schedule and monitor content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, and manage paid social advertising.
• Maintain and update company and dealer websites, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite.
• Reports to the JCB Regional Marketing Manager.
