CTO / Senior Director – AI Solutions for Banking

About the role

We are looking for a senior technology leader to head AI solutions for banking and financial services. The role combines strategic advisory, architecture design, and hands‑on delivery of enterprise‑grade AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy multi‑agent AI systems tailored to banking use cases.
• Build AI evaluation frameworks ensuring model quality, explainability, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Own the full AI deployment lifecycle from solution design to production support.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering practices, define SLOs/SLAs, manage monitoring, observability and incident response.
• Lead release, change, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity processes.
• Design enterprise cybersecurity architectures, including DLP, endpoint security and IAM, and integrate AI‑driven threat detection.
• Conduct discovery workshops, lead PoC engagements and present technical solutions to senior client stakeholders.
• Support business development with technical expertise during client meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise AI solution architecture and production deployment.
• Proven track record delivering AI platforms for banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, LLM applications and AI operations (AIOps).
• Deep understanding of SRE, cloud infrastructure and observability.
• Solid background in cybersecurity, DLP, IAM and regulatory compliance.
