Customer Engineer – Outcome (Google Cloud) – Singapore

About the role

The Outcome Customer Engineer (OCE) will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth for Google Cloud customers in Singapore. You will provide technical advisory, clear deployment blockers, and ensure customers realize maximum value from their cloud investments quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate a structured deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams, managing timelines, capacity, and training.
• Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployments.
• Drive and track the ramp of workloads, moving customers from agreement to consumption as fast as possible.
• Maintain awareness of delivery progress and support customers or partners during ramp, migration, or implementation phases.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
• Promote product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience with cloud‑native architecture in a customer‑facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, change management, programming, debugging, or systems design.
• Proven ability to engage and present to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
