Customer Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and order processing across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and professional support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
