About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage customer inquiries through email, phone and other channels, and to support order processing and delivery coordination at our Jurong East location.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage documentation for orders, billing and inventory.
- Generate billing invoices and assist with inventory and order reporting.
- Maintain accurate data entry in internal customer and warehouse management systems.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary and support daily operations.
Required profile
- GCE O Level qualification.
- Proficient with Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Independent, proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to provide operational support as needed.
Required skills
- Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
