About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in, phone, and email enquiries, assisting customers with registration and online applications.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, document management, appointment coordination, equipment setup, and event logistics.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑levels with at least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability for office‑hour and shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
