Customer Service Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive at NTS Singapore you will manage end‑to‑end sales order activities and daily customer communication to ensure accurate, timely, and complete order fulfilment for key customers in a manufacturing and precision engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including verification, ERP entry, acknowledgements and maintenance of accurate order data.
• Monitor and coordinate order fulfilment activities such as RDD/PDD management, shipment schedules and delivery commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer enquiries, order updates, documentation requests and service‑related issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality and Engineering teams to align requirements, schedules and engineering changes.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and prepare reports on order performance, OTIF, backlog and shipment status.

Required profile

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of customer service, order management or project coordination experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tolerances and engineering change management (ECR/ECO).
• High attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
