Customer Service Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our island‑wide customer support operations at The Singapore Tasty Food Pte. Ltd. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the overall customer service experience and foster organic growth.
• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Define a clear mission and implement strategies aligned with that mission.
• Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and actions.
• Analyze service statistics and produce regular performance reports.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of customer service agents.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and apply best practices.
• Manage resources and assets to meet qualitative and quantitative targets while adhering to budget constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using customer service software platforms.
