Customer Service Officer (Part Time)

About the role

FRESVER BEAUTY is seeking a reliable Customer Service Officer to join the team on a part‑time, contract basis. You will work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, providing prompt assistance to customers and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on customer inquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations and phone calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience at all times.
• Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records and prepare reports for submission.
• Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
• Carry out ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing or frontline service role; experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to digital systems and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to consistently commit to weekend shifts as outlined.
