Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual) – Remote

About the role

Wing is seeking a Mandarin‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its remote team. You will be the first point of contact for English‑ and Mandarin‑speaking customers, handling inquiries, orders, and support tasks while ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, messages, and emails in English and Mandarin.
• Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and order information.
• Generate invoices, collect deposits, follow up on payments, and coordinate approvals.
• Support scheduling and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative (B2C or B2B).
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin (at least B2 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant‑messaging communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with desktop‑sharing, cloud services, and VoIP tools.
• Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Calendar.
