Telesales Consultant – Beauty & Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a warm, service‑oriented Telesales Consultant to be the voice of our premium beauty and aesthetic clinic. You will engage customers through WhatsApp, social media and phone calls, delivering professional and caring support that reflects our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to generate new customer bookings.
• Handle inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, social media and phone calls.
• Provide accurate, courteous information on treatments, promotions and appointments.
• Maintain strong follow‑up and relationship‑building to encourage repeat visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Record all interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong spoken proficiency in English with a clear, engaging voice.
• Excellent interpersonal, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, online chat support or client coordination is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, persuasive and goal‑oriented with proven sales or tele‑sales experience.
• Passion for beauty, aesthetics and wellness is an advantage.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Wednesday to Monday, 9 am–6 pm (lunch provided).
• Six‑day work week with Tuesdays off.
• Commission structure and off‑in‑lieu for public‑holiday work.
• Location in the Orchard area of Singapore.
