Customer Success Executive – SaaS Solutions for F&B

About the role

The Customer Success Executive will lead the implementation of our SaaS suite for restaurant and F&B clients. You will work closely with new customers to onboard, train, and support them, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the suite of solutions on client platforms and oversee the onboarding process.
• Deliver on‑site or online training sessions and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct regular account‑management meetings to monitor satisfaction and usage.
• Liaise with product and development teams to translate customer needs into actionable tasks.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Analyze usage data, identify issues, and develop action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, training, or related roles within the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of POS and table‑management solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Excellent organizational, project‑management, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
