Customer Support Technician (Industrial Manufacturing/North Area)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Technician to manage return repairs, evaluations and rework activities for industrial manufacturing customers in the North area of Singapore. You will act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer return repairs, evaluations and rework activities, ensuring timely resolution and quality compliance.
• Work closely with QA, Engineering, Production and Repair teams to analyse returned products and manage repair processes.
• Maintain RMA/DMR documentation, parts traceability and record retention.
• Handle customer complaints, support failure analysis and assist root‑cause investigations with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide repair status updates to customers and arrange final inspection and shipment of repaired parts.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO and internal quality procedures, identifying recurring issues for corrective and preventive actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechatronics.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for repair, maintenance and technical support.
• Full‑time, 5‑day work week based in the Woodland/Marsiling area.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industrial and mechatronic systems.
• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO quality standards.
