Cybersecurity Project Consultant / Manager

About the role

BH Global Corporation Ltd is looking for a Project Consultant / Manager to plan, manage and deliver projects covering IT risk, governance and compliance. The role calls for at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to turn regulatory requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver cybersecurity projects such as VAPT, asset discovery, risk assessment and GRC from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and resource plans to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate them early when needed.
• Prepare and present status updates, reports and dashboards to stakeholders and management.
• Take part in IT risk assessment projects, including risk identification, impact and likelihood analysis and risk treatment planning.
• Work with IT, security and business teams to assess controls and identify gaps.
• Keep communication effective across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related cybersecurity field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in IT risk, governance or compliance.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills, including creating slides for kick-offs and progress updates.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment processes.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networks and security concepts.
• Project management skills: planning, scheduling, risk management and reporting.
