Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our branch’s performance monitoring and decision‑making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform data to produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on operating trends, profitability and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver analytical support.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards that visualise KPIs and other critical metrics.
• Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and reporting frameworks.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business decisions.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in data analytics, preferably within the banking industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage for interpreting head‑office documents.
