Data Analytics & Project Management Intern, Travel Retail

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is looking for a Data Analytics and Project Management intern in its Travel Retail business in Singapore. The intern drives process efficiency by automating reporting and improving data workflows, so that decisions are faster and more reliable thanks to standardized datasets and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring manual tasks such as report preparation, data consolidation and tracker updates, and redesign workflows to cut cycle time and errors
• Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows and/or Python where applicable, and support digitization of trackers and forms
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets and maintain backend datasets with refresh schedules and quality controls for real-time retail, operations and data dashboards
• Implement data governance: KPI definitions, validation checks, version control and documentation in line with APAC database standards
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs, and create metric definitions and user guides for self-serve use
• Maintain SOPs, process documentation and training materials, and support ad-hoc analytics requests aimed at improving repeatable processes

Required profile

• Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time internship from January 2027 to June 2027
• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics or equivalent analytical exposure
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both office and field teams

• Strong Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot)
• PowerPoint and Power BI
• Python or R is a bonus
