About the role
Capco is looking for consultants and senior consultants to lead data governance and management programmes for a leading bank in Singapore. The role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities to design and implement data governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, standards and best practices.
- Drive data quality initiatives, define controls, monitor KPIs and coordinate issue remediation.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, metadata management and data lineage processes.
- Partner with business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder engagement and training to promote adoption.
- Support audit, regulatory and enterprise data transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management or data quality within financial services.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, problem‑solving and analytical roles in banking or consulting environments.
