About the role
The Dealing Assistant supports the CMPS Credit desk by handling post‑trade reconciliation, lifecycle management and data maintenance. The role ensures that all trading activities comply with Standard Chartered Bank policies, regulatory requirements and the governance framework.
Key responsibilities
- Perform post‑trade reconciliation and manage the trade blotter for wealth‑management products.
- Liaise between FI dealers and the Wealth Operations team to settle trades accurately and on time.
- Maintain client revenue tracking, MIS reporting and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop and document dealing procedures while supporting ad‑hoc projects and system testing.
- Collaborate with front, middle and back‑office stakeholders, as well as risk, compliance and legal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
- Experience with Excel VBA, macros or workflow‑automation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
