Deputy CEO, Hospitality

About the role

This senior leadership position offers the chance to join an iconic hospitality organisation as Deputy CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape and execute the company’s vision, strategy and transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisation’s corporate functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Planning and Legal.
• Partner with functional leaders to achieve their objectives, raise capabilities and drive organisational excellence.
• Mentor and develop a sizable team of qualified professionals, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to support future growth and performance.

Required profile

• 20+ years of senior‑level experience in Hospitality, Lifestyle, Retail, Consumer or Real Estate sectors.
• Proven P&L responsibility and ability to pivot into a broad corporate leadership remit.
• Experience working with professional bodies, government agencies and commercial partners to influence strategy.
• Commercially minded, agile and passionate about business outcomes.
