About the role
This senior leadership position offers the chance to join an iconic hospitality organisation as Deputy CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape and execute the company’s vision, strategy and transformation agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the organisation’s corporate functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Planning and Legal.
- Partner with functional leaders to achieve their objectives, raise capabilities and drive organisational excellence.
- Mentor and develop a sizable team of qualified professionals, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to support future growth and performance.
Required profile
- 20+ years of senior‑level experience in Hospitality, Lifestyle, Retail, Consumer or Real Estate sectors.
- Proven P&L responsibility and ability to pivot into a broad corporate leadership remit.
- Experience working with professional bodies, government agencies and commercial partners to influence strategy.
- Commercially minded, agile and passionate about business outcomes.
