Deputy/Assistant Manager – Foreign Vehicle Permits (Systems) – 1-Year Temp

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy/Assistant Manager to lead the systems that support foreign vehicle permits. In this one-year fixed-term role you will review current processes, propose improvements and drive digital transformation projects that enhance the permit‑issuing workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing system processes and business rules for foreign vehicle permits and recommend enhancements.
• Design and develop solutions for new digital transformation initiatives, including preparing tender specifications and evaluating bids.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee a 24/7 operations environment, handling customer feedback and ensuring service continuity.
• Document system changes, produce reports and present findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex system projects.
• Strong analytical and cognitive abilities with excellent written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
