Desktop Support Engineer – Japanese Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who can provide end‑user support for Microsoft 365 in Japanese, English and Chinese. The role involves handling incidents, service requests and performing routine administrative tasks. You will work on‑site near Raffles Place MRT and may be required to work shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for Microsoft 365 across Japanese, English and Chinese languages.
• Handle incidents and service requests, perform initial troubleshooting and escalation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and configuration changes.
• Automate operational tasks for M365 using PowerShell.
• Create and manage tickets, document troubleshooting steps and resolutions using ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and follow‑ups.
• Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs and FAQs.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma with 3‑5 years of relevant experience in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk support.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals and support operations.
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese to support Japanese‑speaking users.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin to support Mandarin‑speaking users.
