DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Cloud & GitLab

About the role

Reolink is seeking a DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the high availability, stability, and security of its cloud‑based applications. You will work on automation, infrastructure optimization, and compliance while supporting a fast‑growing visual‑technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and performance of application systems through monitoring, alert response, on‑call duties, and regular health checks.
• Implement and enforce compliance and secure‑access controls to meet privacy and data‑protection regulations, providing audit documentation as required.
• Manage change and release processes, including version control, rollback strategies, and operational support during release windows.
• Design and develop automation tools and processes to optimize resource allocation and support business scalability.
• Provide feedback on architecture design and produce up‑to‑date operational documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud services and application operations.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and managing workloads on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
