Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Executive to lead regional digital acquisition and performance marketing for PR Newswire across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will shape and execute strategies that drive business growth, increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance‑marketing strategies for APAC in partnership with digital agencies.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across SEM, display, social, programmatic, eDM, GDN and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to optimise landing pages, copy and visuals for maximum conversion.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse performance and deliver actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across website, email and social platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital‑marketing trends, tools and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable organisation.
• Proven track record of managing successful digital acquisition and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and innovative mindset.
