Digital Marketing Executive – Greater China

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Digital Marketing Executive focused on Greater China. You will drive social media and content initiatives across key Chinese platforms, helping to strengthen the resort’s brand presence and engage audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of WeChat, Weibo, RED and Douyin accounts, including content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Draft, translate, proofread and localise social media content in Simplified Chinese, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Support integrated campaigns promoting hotel, dining, retail, entertainment, attractions, MICE and loyalty programmes.
• Coordinate creative assets (photography, videography) and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, KOLs, KOCs and content creators.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare regular reports, track trends and competitor activity, and share insights for future planning.
• Assist with activations, giveaways, influencer collaborations and other customer‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing or communications.
• Hands‑on experience managing Chinese platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED, Douyin).
• Experience creating and localising content, executing campaigns and working with agencies or influencers.
• Knowledge of Greater China digital trends, consumer behaviour and best practices.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Simplified Chinese.
