Digital Marketing Executive (O2O Customer Experience)

About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive the Online‑to‑Offline (O2O) customer experience transformation for McDonald’s Singapore. You will work closely with the app lead to execute initiatives that boost app engagement, support digital campaigns and ensure smooth communication across restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and optimise the weekly deals calendar, set up and test deals, rewards and app content tiles.
- Collaborate with agencies on creative adaptations for the app and manage communication plans for restaurant promotion execution.
- Collate data for monthly loyalty, CRM and app performance reporting, process invoices and gather store communications.
- Assist the Digital Team with the execution of digital marketing campaigns as needed.
Required profile
- Strong time‑management and project‑management abilities.
- Team player who works well with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Curious, task‑oriented self‑starter comfortable with uncertainty.
- Growth mindset focused on problem‑solving.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
