Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive

About the role

Lynn Aesthetic is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who will also handle graphic design tasks. You will drive digital campaigns, optimise our e‑commerce presence and create visual assets that strengthen our brand in the health and beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Develop social‑media strategies to boost audience interaction and brand awareness.
• Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities for timely campaign adjustments.
• Implement SEO tactics, conduct keyword research and optimise website content.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to generate targeted traffic.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad copy and visuals.
• Use Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and report insights.
• Oversee product listings and marketing on Lazada and Shopee.
• Create graphic designs, artwork, photoshoot and video content for digital assets.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO/SEM and Google marketing tools.
• Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Familiarity with managing campaigns on Lazada and Shopee.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Interest or experience in the health and beauty industry.
• Strong communication, quick learning ability and detail‑orientation.
