About the role
We are a fast‑growing digital solutions provider focused on secure payments and emerging financial technologies. We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to own all digital touchpoints across the funnel, from awareness to conversion, and to drive growth for fintech, institutional and Web3 audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content calendars for social media, website and newsletters.
- Create engaging content and run campaigns tied to product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Lead newsletter strategy, segmentation and performance optimisation (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Implement SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility on search and AI platforms.
- Track key performance indicators, analyse results and refine campaigns using data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and emerging AI‑driven optimisation techniques (AEO/GEO).
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Bonus experience in fintech, payments, FMCG or Web3 sectors.
