About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own all digital touchpoints across the funnel – from awareness to conversion – for MetaComp’s fintech and Web3 solutions. You will drive content, distribution and performance across social platforms, newsletters and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end digital presence on social media, website and newsletters, planning and executing content calendars for LinkedIn, X, Telegram and other channels.
- Develop engaging content for institutional, fintech and Web3 audiences and run campaigns aligned with product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Own newsletter strategy, segmentation and deployment, optimizing open rates, click‑through and conversion metrics.
- Implement SEO strategies and deploy GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve AI discoverability on platforms such as ChatGPT.
- Track key performance indicators across all digital channels and use data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or growth roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI‑driven discovery (AEO/GEO).
- Background in fintech, payments, FMCG or Web3 is preferred.
