Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own all digital touchpoints across the funnel – from awareness to conversion – for MetaComp, a Singapore‑based digital payment solution provider. The role will drive content, distribution and performance across social platforms, newsletters and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end digital presence across social media, website and newsletters, planning and executing content calendars for LinkedIn, X, Telegram and other channels.
• Develop and launch engaging content and campaigns tailored to institutional, fintech and Web3 audiences, aligned with product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Own newsletter strategy, segmentation and deployment, optimizing open rates, click‑through and conversion metrics.
• Implement SEO strategies and emerging AI‑driven optimisation (GEO, AEO) to improve organic and AI‑search visibility.
• Monitor, analyse and report KPI performance across all digital channels, using data‑driven insights to optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or growth roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO and AI‑driven discovery (AEO/GEO).
• Experience in fintech, payments, FMCG or Web3 environments is preferred.
