Digital Marketing Specialist – Assistant Vice President

About the role

The Bank of Singapore is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist at the Assistant Vice President level to lead its organic search and web performance initiatives. You will own the SEO strategy, web analytics, and content publishing across the bank’s digital properties, ensuring high‑quality user experiences and strong search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank’s SEO and GEO roadmap, including keyword research, competitor benchmarking and search opportunity analysis.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking and technical SEO elements; define technical requirements and work with developers to implement improvements.
• Own web analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics, build KPI dashboards, monitor traffic, engagement and conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee website content publishing, approve updates for SEO, brand, accessibility and regulatory compliance, and conduct periodic content audits.
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance and content owners to ensure timely and compliant content delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, web analytics and enterprise website management.
• Proven ability to lead SEO initiatives and manage cross‑functional stakeholders in a regulated environment.
