Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with overall company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage campaigns across search, social, email, content and online advertising platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA and conversion rates, and produce regular performance reports.
• Analyse data and customer behaviour to uncover trends, opportunities and optimisation recommendations.
• Conduct market research, audience segmentation, competitor and keyword analysis to support strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and business stakeholders to develop compelling assets.
• Test new marketing approaches, adopt emerging technologies and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing tactics.
• Ability to interpret data, track KPIs and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Excellent communication, project management and multitasking skills.
