Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Automation

About the role

Join the corporate marketing team at EXEO Global’s headquarters and drive lead generation, brand visibility and marketing automation across the Group’s businesses. You will manage paid media, email campaigns and HubSpot workflows while turning data insights into actionable results and supporting corporate events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to maximise lead generation, brand awareness and ROI.
• Maintain and enhance HubSpot (or comparable) CRM workflows, including lead segmentation, automated nurture sequences and inbound marketing programmes.
• Design, build and launch email marketing campaigns and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, analyse and report website traffic, campaign conversions and user behaviour using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to align ad copy, landing pages and assets for seamless user journeys.
• Support the execution of digital and in‑person corporate events, exhibitions and industry seminars.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging and email formats to improve click‑through and conversion rates.
• Ensure data hygiene across digital platforms and compliance with data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Media or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or marketing operations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple campaigns.
