Digital Marketing Specialist – PPC Account Manager

About the role

First Page, the APAC region’s highest‑rated digital agency, is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end paid‑media campaigns for a portfolio of SMB to enterprise clients. You will act as the primary advisor, shaping multi‑quarter strategies and ensuring long‑term client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, presenting performance results, strategic recommendations, and industry insights in regular meetings.
• Develop and execute multi‑quarter paid‑media strategies, guiding bidding, budget allocation, and channel mix to meet KPIs such as ROI, CPA and ROAS.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, creative, analytics and execution teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Own performance reporting and analysis using Google Analytics, CRM data and visualization tools, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, drive budget expansion, and support business‑development initiatives for new enterprise prospects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing PPC accounts with significant budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record handling both SMB and enterprise clients, demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data, spot trends and formulate strategic actions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a focus on client retention and growth.
