Digital Product Developer – Low-Code & AI Solutions

About the role

The role involves designing, developing and maintaining digital applications and solutions to support business operations. You will create low‑code applications using Microsoft Power Platform and develop AI‑enabled workflow automation to improve productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital applications and solutions to support business operations.
• Develop low‑code applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Create AI‑enabled applications and workflow automation to improve productivity and reduce manual processes.
• Gather user requirements and translate business workflows into practical digital solutions.
• Develop dashboards, workflow automation and reporting tools.
• Test, troubleshoot and enhance applications to ensure reliability.
• Prepare user guides, technical documentation and handover materials.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer and support the full product lifecycle from development to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships, project portfolios or application development experience are welcome.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs and application development.
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Dataverse, AI application development, databases or Git is advantageous.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and business workflow requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; able to work independently and manage multiple development tasks.
• Government or public‑sector experience is advantageous.
