Digital Product Manager – Public Sector

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital workplace products that enhance productivity and user experience within a large‑scale public sector environment. In this role you will own educator‑facing digital products, collaborating with users, designers, engineers and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital workplace platforms.
• Own and manage products that support productivity, collaboration and operational efficiency across diverse user groups.
• Build, prototype and scale digital solutions that streamline workflows and improve user experiences.
• Engage with end users to identify needs, validate assumptions and refine features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and business stakeholders to align on objectives and deliver high‑quality product experiences.
• Champion agile product development, mentor junior product managers and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Education Technology or related field (Master’s advantageous).
• 3‑5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Exposure to government, SaaS, enterprise platforms or consumer‑facing products is preferred.
