Director, Enterprise Sales – SEA

About the role

Databricks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to head its Malaysia and Indonesia business. Reporting into the APJ sales organisation, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving revenue growth and expanding consumption across strategic accounts in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the team.
• Develop and execute strategic revenue plans, focusing on high‑value financial services customers.
• Build and nurture executive relationships with customers and partners, leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Translate customer business goals into Databricks’ value proposition and guide the team in delivering compelling proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of senior sales experience at a leading software company, with at least 5 years leading high‑growth Data & AI teams.
• Proven track record selling to enterprise customers in the SEA region, preferably Indonesia and Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of the Data/AI landscape, ecosystem, and existing relationships with hyperscalers.
• Business proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve team‑first objectives.
