About the role
The Director, Executive Compensation & Benefits leads the design, implementation and governance of executive pay programmes across the organisation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure our compensation strategy remains competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor market, industry and statutory trends in executive compensation and provide benchmarking insights.
- Prepare and present executive compensation analyses to shareholders, highlighting key findings.
- Draft individual executive offers and employment packages for new hires and internal promotions.
- Advise business leaders on best‑practice compensation models to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with the Global HR team to recommend base and variable pay adjustments.
- Oversee global mobility processes for senior executives.
- Lead a small team managing executive payroll and mobility administration.
- Review and audit all compensation and benefits information requiring shareholder approval.
- Contribute to strategic HR and business projects.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the APAC region.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven ability to interact with C‑level executives and translate complex data into clear presentations.
- Strong knowledge of legal and tax regulations governing executive pay.
- Experience designing and rolling out large‑scale compensation programmes.
- Excellent project‑management, analytical and organisational skills.
