About the role
The People & Culture Business Partner Manager will play a strategic and hands‑on role in driving people initiatives that enable business growth across DFI Retail Group’s extensive retail network. You will be accountable for delivering a positive Team Member experience while executing talent attraction, development, engagement and retention strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR plans with strong execution discipline.
- Manage the full Team Member lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance, retention and off‑boarding.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to build timely, high‑quality talent pipelines.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement programs, conduct surveys, analyse insights and drive action plans.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent policy application and compliance with local employment laws.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional HR teams and build strong relationships across all organisational levels.
- Ensure accurate reporting and governance of HR data and processes.
Required profile

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance multiple priorities.
