About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across our organization. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work model, you will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting our people‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
- Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct phone, virtual, and face‑to‑face interviews and evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments and support selection processes.
- Facilitate offer management and candidate negotiations.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and hiring effectiveness.
- Prepare recruitment reports and workforce updates for management.
- Support onboarding and pre‑employment documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company hiring policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to assess talent and conduct structured interviews.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
