Onsite Recruiter (APAC) – Singapore

About the role

Alibaba Cloud is looking for an Onsite Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for its APAC operations in Singapore. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates, and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer follow‑up.
• Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international positions across APAC using diverse recruitment channels.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring workflow, propose improvements, and elevate the quality of hires.
• Monitor regional employment trends and contribute to periodic industry analysis reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including coordinating presentations, technical events, and employee referral programs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with advanced talent acquisition methods.
• Strong analytical mindset for solving recruitment challenges.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to support stakeholders in China.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience using various sourcing platforms and innovative recruitment tools
