Director, Loyalty Co-Brand Cards and Partnerships

About the role

The Director will provide financial leadership and support for co‑brand credit cards, enterprise partnerships and insurance programs across APEC markets, ensuring the achievement of financial goals and alignment with Marriott’s loyalty strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and support for co‑brand credit cards, enterprise partnerships and insurance programs across APEC markets.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, financial and operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Manage contract governance and ensure compliance with finance and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with Customer, Revenue, Technology groups, Marriott Business Services and the Loyalty Accounting team to execute business strategies.
• Advise partnership teams on financial health, budget assessments and forecasting.

Required profile

• Baccalaureate degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of accounting and financial management experience in a global organization with progressive management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted finance and accounting principles, controls and reporting standards.
• Proven ability to influence senior business leaders and present complex financial models clearly.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
