About the role
Stryker is looking for a commercially driven Director to lead Marketing and Sales Enablement across East Asia. The role shapes regional strategy, accelerates growth and builds commercial capability across multiple markets while reporting to the East Asia VP GM.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the integrated East Asia commercial marketing strategy, including portfolio prioritisation, investment allocation and revenue performance.
- Lead the regional Sales Enablement function, overseeing content, training and onboarding to ensure commercial teams have the tools they need.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12–15 years of progressive commercial experience in MedTech or healthcare, with senior regional marketing leadership across multiple Asian markets.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent sales technology platforms.
