Director, MTSC Transformation APAC

About the role

Director, MTSC Transformation APAC will lead enterprise‑wide transformation execution for the Orthopedics separation within Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the APAC region. The role ensures that strategic supply‑chain initiatives are translated into operational delivery while maintaining service continuity and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross‑functional execution, governance and prioritisation of the MedTech Supply Chain transformation agenda across APAC.
• Manage the Orthopedics legal‑entity separation, including network segmentation, asset disentanglement, system and data separation and transitional service agreements.
• Ensure supply‑chain operations and financials are transitioned to the new Orthopedics organisation on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with Logistics Operations, Customer Solutions, Network Strategy, HR, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, ERP/Digital and Finance teams regionally and globally.
• Lead executive communications, provide governance oversight and build confidence with commercial stakeholders and global leaders.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in large‑scale supply‑chain or business transformation programmes.
• Experience with legal‑entity separation, network segmentation and asset disentanglement in a multinational environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align diverse functions around common objectives.
• Excellent governance and executive communication skills.
