Director of Finance – Group Accounting & Reporting

About the role

The Director of Finance will lead the Group accounting and financial reporting function for a diversified real‑estate investment business. Based in Singapore, you will ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and deliver timely, accurate financial information to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑spectrum group accounting and management reporting in line with statutory and internal policies.
• Manage financial and management reporting for the Group’s fee business and finance business partnering.
• Prepare and analyse quarterly reports for shareholders, Audit and Risk Committee, and Board of Directors.
• Liaise with external auditors for year‑end closing and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive implementation of group accounting policies, finance processes, and systems.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as system roll‑outs, process improvements, and new accounting standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of accounting or audit experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial role leading a sizable team.
• Proven experience managing large, complex group consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Hands‑on finance operations experience with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
