Director of Investor Relations

About the role

The Director of Investor Relations will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to implement AvePoint’s IR strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary liaison between the company, its shareholders, analysts and financial media, ensuring clear and transparent communication of financial performance and strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the APAC investor relations programme, aligning with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for institutional investors and equity analysts covering the region.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective shareholders.
• Monitor analyst reports, market trends and peer performance, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting and Legal teams to produce accurate earnings releases, investor decks, annual reports and other disclosures.
• Prepare quarterly earnings scripts, FAQs, press releases and ensure compliance with SEC, Nasdaq and SGX regulations.
• Organise investor meetings, earnings calls and participation in regional conferences, and coach executives for Q&A sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking or corporate finance, preferably in technology.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of building trust with institutional investors and analysts.
