Director, Regional Integrated Business Planning – APAC

About the role

The Regional Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for APAC will own and advance the IBP framework across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards, financial planning, and strategic priorities. Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain APAC, this leader will drive demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP processes to support superior customer and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC IBP roadmap, maturity targets, and governance cadence.
• Standardize planning policies, KPIs, and operating models across all APAC markets.
• Lead the monthly IBP cycle, integrating demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Facilitate executive decision forums, presenting options, risks, and quantified business impacts.
• Drive planning transformation initiatives, digital enablement, and advanced analytics adoption.
• Represent APAC in global IBP governance and process‑design forums.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in integrated business planning or supply‑chain planning within a multinational environment.
• Strong track record of implementing planning governance, maturity assessments, and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Ability to influence senior leadership, align commercial, finance, and supply‑chain functions, and translate plans into actionable decisions.
